Every Tool at a Glance
11 tools, from live readings to duplicate files and measured benchmarks.
System Status
Read-only snapshot of memory, storage, battery and CPU, Android's thermal status, and plain alerts when something needs attention.
Live Monitor
CPU, memory and network (KB/s) charts updated every second, plus system uptime.
Battery Analyzer
Level, health, temperature, voltage, remaining charge, today's level chart and 24-hour screen time.
Device Info
Hardware and software details in nine sections: device, system, CPU, memory, battery, storage, display, features, network.
Storage Analyzer
Used and free space, a category breakdown from Android's storage statistics, and the largest files in a folder you pick.
Duplicate Finder
Exact copies by size and full-file SHA-256 hash, in a folder you pick or photos you select. The oldest copy is kept.
Photo Compressor
Smaller JPEG copies at the quality you choose, saved separately. Originals untouched.
App Manager
Your launcher apps with size, version, install date and requested-permission count. Sort, filter and search.
Analytics Dashboard
Current RAM, storage and battery readings, 7-day app usage, and storage change from background snapshots.
Benchmark
CPU hashing, floating point, memory copy and storage read/write, reported in MB/s and GFLOPS.
App Activity
Foreground time in each app since midnight, most used first, from Android's usage statistics.
Featured Tools
Six tools that report measured values instead of scores and estimates.
Live Monitor
CPU, memory and network charts updated every second, plus system uptime. CPU shows load where Android exposes it, or clock speed labelled as clock speed where it does not.
Battery Analyzer
Level, health, status, temperature, voltage, remaining charge and power source, a chart of today's recorded levels, and the apps you used most in the last 24 hours.
Benchmark
Six fixed workloads reported as measured rates in MB/s and GFLOPS, not made-up scores. Each runs three times after a warm-up and the median is shown.
Duplicate Finder
Finds byte-for-byte identical files in a folder you pick, or among photos and videos you select. Files are matched by size, then by a SHA-256 hash of the full content. You confirm every delete.
Storage Analyzer
How your space splits across apps, app data, cache, photos, videos, audio and the rest, from Android's own storage statistics. Lists the largest files in any folder you choose.
Photo Compressor
Saves smaller JPEG copies of the photos you pick, at the quality you set. Your originals are never changed.
Technical Specifications
Built with Kotlin 2.0, MVVM architecture, Hilt dependency injection, Room and WorkManager.
Measured, Not Guessed.
Stored on Device.
DeviceLab Spartan shows what your phone reports about itself, clearly labelled. Anything a device doesn't report is shown as missing, never estimated.
Readings and history stay in a database on your phone, and the app's own code makes no network requests. The app is free and ad-supported: the internet permission is used by the Google ads and consent SDKs.
History Stays on Your Phone
Readings and background snapshots are kept in a local Room database. The app's own code makes no network requests.
No Broad Permissions
No "all apps" permission and no storage or media permission. Duplicates and largest files use Android's folder picker and photo picker, so only what you choose is read.
Usage Access Is Optional
Screen time, App Activity and the storage breakdown need Usage access, which you grant in Android Settings. Every other tool works without it.
No Account Required
No sign-up, no email, no login. Open the app and the tools are ready.
Ad-Supported, With Consent
The app is free and shows Google ads. Consent is handled by Google's User Messaging Platform, and Settings offers Manage Ad Preferences where it applies. The ads SDK collects data under Google's own disclosure.
Delete Your History Anytime
Settings lets you delete history older than 30 days or clear all saved history. Uninstalling removes everything.
Who Is This For?
From everyday users to IT support, the same measured readings serve every level of experience.
Everyday Users
See your battery level and health, what is using your storage, and which apps take most of your screen time, in plain labels.
Power Users
Per-second CPU, memory and network charts, thermal status, and a benchmark that reports measured MB/s and GFLOPS instead of scores.
IT Support
Full device and build details, live CPU, memory and thermal readings, and a repeatable benchmark for a quick hardware check.
Storage Hunters
Find exact duplicate files, list the largest files in any folder, and save smaller copies of photos without touching the originals.
Privacy-Conscious
No broad storage or "all apps" permission. You pick the folder or photos, and history stays in a database on your phone.
